A new site built around your floorplans, your vacancies and the corner of Downtown Jacksonville that just became its center.
You have 21 floors of Northbank Class A space, a direct connection to the Marriott, and a four-story atrium most downtown buildings would envy. What you do not have is a website that lets a corporate tenant, a broker or a restaurateur see any of it.
The plan below is built around the two assets you already own and nobody else is using well: a full set of floorplans, and Riverfront Plaza opening directly across the street. We turn the floorplans into something a tenant can click through floor by floor, and we put the new park, the Emerald Trail and the Marriott connection at the center of the story instead of in a bullet list.
The site leads with the multi-floor story: contiguous space, naming and signage rights, and a floorplate built for a single corporate occupier. A decision maker sees the whole footprint in one screen.
Your three connected lower floors get their own page and their own visual, presented as a headquarters opportunity rather than three separate vacancies.
A dedicated ground-floor page aimed at chefs and cafe operators: the atrium, the Marriott guests upstairs, park foot traffic, trail traffic and event nights, with the numbers that matter to a restaurant.
Suites and partial floors stay easy to find and easy to inquire on, so the tower keeps filling while the anchor deal takes its course.
The six-acre park on the former Landing site opened across the street, with an event lawn, the Riverwalk and an Emerald Trail connection running past your door. Every competing tower downtown is still selling parking ratios. You can sell the front lawn of the city.
Your floorplans are the most valuable thing you own online, and right now they live in a PDF flyer. We turn the tower itself into the navigation: a tenant clicks a floor and gets that floor's plan, square footage, status, photos and tour, without a phone call and without waiting on a broker to email something over.
Your three connected lower floors, presented as one headquarters opportunity with its own page, its own stacked plan and its own inquiry path, rather than three separate listings a broker has to assemble.
Floor statuses above are placeholders for layout only. Real availability, square footage and plans come from the files you provide, and you change them yourself after launch.
Its own plan, SF, ceiling height, photos and inquiry form, and its own Google listing.
Subdivide any floor into suites and publish each one separately.
Flip a floor from available to leased in a few seconds, from your phone.
3D tours drop straight into a floor page when your scans are done.
Galleries per floor carry the weight while the tours are being produced.
Name, floor and message land in the CRM, tagged by the space they asked about.
Fully responsive on phone, tablet and desktop. Every page below is yours to edit, and pages can be added or reordered at any time.
Full-width building imagery, the Floor Explorer front and center, and the Riverfront Plaza story.
The interactive explorer as a full page, plus a filterable list for brokers who think in square feet.
The anchor-tenant pitch for floors 1–3 and multi-floor users.
Written for restaurant and cafe operators, not office tenants.
Why this block, told with maps and photography instead of bullet points.
The specification sheet, made readable.
Every inquiry becomes a tracked record, not an email in somebody's inbox.
The part that keeps the site current without calling us.
The site is built on Omnia, our own platform. You are not buying a template on somebody else's subscription stack: the page editor, the CRM, the forms, the email and the reporting are one system, and the Space Manager for your floors is built into it.
Your dashboard: new inquiries, traffic and campaign activity in one place
Floors, suites, SF, status, plans and galleries. Custom built for this building.
Edit text, photos and layout yourself. No code and no change fees.
Prospects and brokers tracked from first click to signed lease.
Inquiry forms that route by space type and confirm automatically.
Availability updates to your broker list in a few minutes.
Traffic, sources, and which floors people actually look at.
Tenants, brokers and restaurant operators all start the same way, and none of them search for a building name they have never heard. They search for a size, a submarket and a use. Every page in the plan is written and tagged for a specific one of those searches, so the site earns the inquiry before a broker ever forwards a flyer.
Corporate tenants and tenant reps, highest competition
The floors 1–3 block and multi-floor occupiers
Smaller tenants, often searching without a broker
Chefs, cafe operators and their site selectors
Low volume, near-certain intent, easy to own
Earlier in the search, good for the neighborhood page

Twenty-one floor pages and every published suite each carry their own size-and-floor phrasing, which is where most of the long-tail traffic comes from. A single flyer PDF cannot rank for any of it.
Address and landmark terms land first, usually within weeks of launch. Suite and floor-size terms follow as the floor pages get indexed. The head terms in group one are a longer campaign, and we report on them rather than promise a position. Final keyword targets are confirmed with a volume and difficulty check at kickoff, against what the leasing team hears from brokers.
